Sale carpets are quality products from closing collections, stock remainders and seasonal items. A lower price does not mean lower quality — all items are new, defect-free with the same consumer properties.
Is there a warranty on sale items?
Yes, all sale items carry the manufacturer warranty exactly like full-price items. If a manufacturing defect is found we exchange or refund under Ukrainian consumer protection law.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes, return conditions for sale items are the same as for regular items. Return within 14 days with original packaging and undamaged goods under Ukrainian consumer protection law.
