Delivery
Delivery of carpets throughout Ukraine is carried out FREE OF CHARGE to the courier service warehouse if the order amount is 5000 UAH or more. If the order is less than 5000 UAH, delivery is paid by the recipient. When ordering floor coverings or carpets whose width is more than 3 m, the buyer pays. Delivery of a product with an individual size, with additional cuts and trimming for the client, is paid by the recipient. Address delivery within Ukraine is paid by the buyer.

Delivery of carpets in Kiev is FREE if the order amount is more than 3000 UAH. If the order is less than 3000 UAH, delivery in Kiev is 250 UAH . Delivery is possible at a time convenient for you (negotiated individually with our manager). We deliver carpets to your door, regardless of the size and weight of the carpet. Free delivery is made within 4-7 days.
Payment
In cash , to our courier upon receipt in Kiev
Cash on delivery in Ukraine (paid by the buyer upon receipt at the warehouse of the transport company). The commission for cash on delivery is paid by the Buyer (2% of the total cost of the product).
Payment to a PrivatBank card without commission (via a PrivatBank terminal or cash desk).
Cashless payment - we issue you an invoice, after full payment the carpet is shipped or delivered.
Important!
Walkways, carpet, cut-to-length flooring and carpeting, carpets with individual sizes and cutouts are made only with a 30% advance payment. Such products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges of finished (standard sizes) carpet products can be returned within 14 days, subject to their presentation. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. You can also return and exchange carpets to the address: Kyiv, Academician Vernadsky Boulevard 26.
If upon receipt of the carpet you discover a manufacturing defect, we will definitely replace it. Delivery will be free.
Carpet products are made to individual sizes, with cutouts, runners, carpet - cannot be returned in accordance with current legislation.
