Delivery

Delivery of carpets across Ukraine - is carried out FREE of charge to the branch of the new post office (deliver) or to the buyer's address to the main office, if the order amount is 5000 UAH and above. If the order is less than UAH 5,000. delivery is paid by the recipient. When ordering coverings or carpets, the width of which is more than 3 m, the buyer pays. Delivery of a product with an individual size, additional cutouts and trimming for the client is paid by the recipient.

The delivery of carpets in Kyiv is carried out by our courier FREE OF CHARGE if the amount of the order is more than 3000 UAH. If the order is less than 3000 UAH. delivery in Kyiv by our courier 250 UAH.

Self-pickup - after agreeing your order with our manager, it is possible to pick up a self-pickup from the showroom at the address: Kyiv, 26 Akademika Vernadskoho boulevard (Svyatoshyn - Akademmistechko)

Payment

Cash on delivery within Ukraine (paid by the buyer upon receipt at the warehouse of the transport company). The buyer pays the commission for the cash on delivery (2% of the cash on delivery).

Payment by card of Privatbank, Mono, Raifa, NovaPay without commission.

Cashless payment - we issue you an invoice, after full payment the carpet is shipped or delivered.

Important!

Walkways, carpet, cut-to-length flooring and carpeting, carpets with individual sizes and cutouts are made only with a 30% advance payment. Such products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges of finished (standard sizes) carpet products can be returned within 14 days, subject to their presentation. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. You can also return and exchange carpets to the address: Kyiv, Academician Vernadsky Boulevard 26.

If upon receipt of the carpet you discover a manufacturing defect, we will definitely replace it. Delivery will be free.

Carpet products are made to individual sizes, with cutouts, runners, carpet - cannot be returned in accordance with current legislation.
